Hi Folks,
this all looks great to me on the base of PCs and has just encouraged me of thinking a bit further. Does anyone of you know about similar tools for Android tablets or iPad mini?

If I would find an app which would over USB work like an external display for my NE3 - I couldn't dream of more.

It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but check out Midi Touch by Domestic Cat on the iPad... you can design your own controller interface, and get feedback from the instrument to show the current values AFAIK.

Thank you very much indeed, neolithic, the app looks interesting. As far as I found out in the meantime, my NE3 doesn't transmit those MIDI signals, neither via USB nor the normal MIDI out. But as I am very close to buying the NE5 it's helpful anyway. Thanx again.
