that interface is plugged into my new macbook pro. I record it on logic. I noticed when the nord is up(gain and volume) and the gain on the interface is down then I do not get as much of the noise. But once I increase the volume of the recording (on logic), the noise shows on the track.
Are you using Channel 2 on the audio card (Focusrite Scarlett Solo USB) and is the Inst/Line switch on "Line"?

Things to try.
1. Make sure your interfaces is set to Line not Inst.
2. If your MacBook is connected to the power brick, try running it on battery power and see if the noise is still present.
3. Make sure your MacBook and Scarlett interface are not sitting on top or close to your Nord (The Nord power supply and/or display seems to generate RF noise that could be being picked up by the interface/laptop)
4. try a 2nd instrument/guitar cord (Its possible that you have a faulty or poorly shielded cable)
5. plug in another instrument (guitar, keyboard, iPad/iPod, etc) and record that and see if the noise is still present.

if the "noise" is only excistent at organ sounds, maybe global-settings of the organ-sound mode was set to option 3 (the oldest emulation, which has permanent noise too)
