Except the Bundle concept seems to be that it's saving all the samples it needs. The main reason for not wanting to do it as a full backup is it takes way longer to load. Especially when the rest of the band is sitting around waiting for you. .
Full backup is the best choice, since you never know what samples were used by previous guy.
