That´s really well played and I like the organ sound, but I think almost nobody will know the song on our gigs.
Nonetheless we expect a mixed age group from twenty till sixty years. So I think the best thing will be to find a song from the 90´s or 2000´s.

Learn a handful songs in another style, where one of the other band members can sing lead.
Doesn't matter if there are guitar parts in the original - replace them with the other instruments. Different is fun!

Instrumental is mostly fun for musicians...
One song maybe, but if pwople have been singing along with stuff I'm afraid they'll lose interest if the singing goes away for any length of time.
