Lazy or too busy with sone other stuff....I haven't find a time to learn how to do proper samples because I just got a computer few month ago and I was without one for 5 years.... Well, I have one, an old 2007 PC that is so slow that I use it barely for emails and word....
But I do all the sound design for my bassist and guitarist, I do the PA sound, the sound guy for the band, the MD, the band leader and we are building a 50 songs repertoire based on pure dance music....
So, yes, I will be the one who will pay few dollars for samples or program because it's going to save time for me....I have a Daily job too as store manager in retail so, lots of hours and responsibility on my plate...
I have a website in France when a guy is posting his sheet music purely dedicated to keys scores, he's just asking us to click on some ads that help him to maintain his website but once in a while I send 5/10 Euros because he has helped me to save a lot of time....
