I have had a go at this one as I currently play the sounds via my Roland XP-30 for this song and needed to make a version for my NS2. It is not perfect but it is probably a good enough starting point.
I will try and upload the program and relevant samples soon (I am a little too busy at the moment so cannot do this immediately but will nonetheless try)

Here you go bro, I just cut it up for you then. I couldn't find the original files I did.
So just map them to the keys you want to use in numerical order.
