I didn't try the "Re-trigger" thing in either version, However, think of it this way. The "keyboard hold" is meant to mimic you just continuing to hold the key(s) down with your fingers. If you did that, there is no way to "re-trigger" a note that is already held down! I'd say the bug, if it works that way, is in 1.52 and they fixed it in 1.60.

Could be, but I copied this patch from an Nord A1 with similar use of the Hold function.

This worked the same way as with 1.52 on the Stage 3

Are you in legato mode? If so, then the behaviour of 1.60 is the correct one

EDIT: If in poly mode, I can re-trigger the envelope as expected. In legato mode, it works (by intent) like you describe.
