So given the message above by WannitBBBad , can you please clarify if these are really your creations, or just collected what others have created? If the latter, please acknowledge the sources appropriately.

Not cool - comparing "Jump" with mine posted at nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files- ... 15857.html, all that changed as much as I can tell is simply the Slot A synth volume. I like Baba O'Riley at the end of the video - I guess I should - nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files- ... 16090.html
Well, not cool indeed if it’s just copying others programs and adding some very minor changes ... if that’s true I take my „cool“comment back ...

I hope we do hear back from miloreason83. Perhaps lost in translation he meant to say these are programs he compiled for the Nord Stage 3, however I don't get that impression from the post or the video. Leo Castro's sample for "Take On Me" used in this post is really nice work and has been downloaded well over a 1000 times. Ivan Jochner acknowledged Funk76 for the "Final Lead Roland" sample used in his "Final Countdown" post at nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files- ... 16040.html - that sample is renamed "Final Countdown" and posted here as well.

+1, I would have been really pissed of like you if someone would have done that kind of "I'm the creator of these...." With some of my sound.... well, nowadays, with all the streaming and copying via internet it might have been a normal behaviour for some people from the latest generation?

Not crediting others‘ work (or at least acknowledging that it’s not original — I have some programs of which I have no idea who did the original work, though I know it’s from here and am INDEBTED AND GRATEFUL) is not cool.

To be fair, though, he’s not offering the Baba O‘Riley Sound as his own here — he’s merely playing it in his demo.

Quai34 and analogika, I struggled with how to write my responses to this post as the personal recognition isn't the point, simply the appearance of taking credit for the work of others. I too am indebted and grateful to those who have offered their work freely to help other Forum members - I thank you both for that as well. Being in my 60s now, I think it's cool that there's another generation latching onto the fun of programming, and at times, maybe learning something from what we're putting out there. Take care.

Yes, I agree, thanks for the reply, I know that it's not for the recognition but you're right, I'm too so grateful for a lot of songs that we play due to the nice and free work of some members...
Sincerely

Well, I appreciate miloreason for creating or gathering these patches.
Most of the patches, I do my own little tweaking as I am sure we all do.

TBH, if I download a patch and use it and tweak it, I lose track of where it originally came from.

I love my Nord gear and the Nord Forum! Thank you to ALL the users that have shared their patches and questions!
I wish that more users would share their creations. (myself included- but I stick to basics)

I use a Stage 3 and Piano 2.
Would love a variety of useful synth brass patches for 80's pop tunes and USEFUL string patches and organ settings.

NORD also need so release a Patch Librarian and IPAD Apps - we have all been asking!

Thanks
