I of course followed the procedure described in the manual 100%, still doesn't work. I checked with midiOX that midi is sent from the A1 to the editor, which it is, and still the programs do not show up in the editor.
Support says that its not a problem with the editor because it works at their place, which is a very weak argument. Of course they wont give me a refund despite the fact that I've tried everything to make it work
Not a fan of them at all.
I´m on windows 7 and the editor changes all buttons and knobs according to the patch I choose (after activating the dump . ) Tried it within Ableton and standalone...works. Another one here...same thing...it works.
The first time I used the USB connection, a few days later I use my Miditech Midilink In and Out. Both works, but maybe not together.
You are probably missing something. Is the MIDI channel set correctly? Is there a MIDI setup in the software set correctly? Are you sure you are dumping the correctly CCs?
There is something odd here. If it does work somebody should be able to post a short video showing how the dials change with the data dump. In that case your setup is still not correct. If nobody can show it works then there is a problem with the program. Good luck!

Be careful what you write here.
You are an eternal whiner. I have already read other posts from you and each time it was about problems with midi. You should be more concerned with it before you insult others or make an app bad. You do not even get the idea to look for the mistake in yourself. You just did not read properly before you bought the editor and now it's your intention to make this app bad.
Look, you like it, great, I don't. I think, like I said that its ridiculous that you have to do a midi dump every time you change sound. That would completely f**** up my work flow.
Also, I've set up everything right and it still does not work. I even contacted Clavia and they confirmed that I set up everything right. I should have gotten my money back and you would nt have heard me complaining. But they told me they werent sure if Im going to use it anyway. Basically that they doesn't trust me. The A1 is my midi controller, I dont need an editor to adjust the filter but for studying presets
Take the Slim Phatty editor from Rekon on the other hand. You can change preset, you get a randomize button for a synth that does not have one, you have under the hood features right at your fingertips and you have a great guy running the company and helping out.
