It will work Paul, the .nsmp will be converted by Nord Sound manager when you download it into the NE6 (as any other pre-v3 .nsmp, official or user's) and... in these cases, since the worst thing that can happen is that it won't work, isn't it easier and faster to just try rather than asking on this 11 years old thread (whose OP may not be following the forum any more)? ;-)
