"Fooling Yourself" by Styx. Below is the link to a few programs I put together covering the synths and B3 for "Fooling Yourself". As with most of my programs, I use the Control Pedal for morphing levels in this one. I hope all of you are doing well during this time. Take care.

Below is a link to two programs I put together for Maniac from the movie Flashdance to help Forum member matje get started on the song. The Rhodes is also included in the programs.

Some of my older stuff after I got my Stage 3 - these are from Set 3 of Classic Rock and other programs with Bruce Springsteen "Born to Run", Pure Prairie League "Two Lane Highway" (Wurlitzer and Pedal Steel), Steely Dan "Pretzel Logic", Crosby Stills Nash "Cathedral", EastSouthern "Whisper", my Utility program, GrandLadyBluesStr (another useful "utility" program), and my Pedal Steel programs with "bend down" and "bend up" variations. My "utility" program is a good starting point for other programs and has piano, strings, bass, and B3 organ with drawbars on the mod wheel. The programs can be found nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files- ... 15745.html

Starting from my "GLadyBluesStr W" program above, I changed the pianos to DX7 and Rhodes EP1 and modified the synth sections to add a light touch of voices and a pad for a Christmas Song. As dated as a DX7 sounds sometimes, what I was looking for didn't sound quite right with a Grand or Upright - the same song in a slightly different style for a different singer might change that outcome. Listen with headphones if possible to catch the background voices and pad coming in on the control pedal, you might have another use for them on something you're working on too.

X7#p112685 Here's a version of a Felt Piano using the Mellow Upright Bdrf C130 Piano from the Nord site https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-lib ... ow-upright Using the piano samples you can't avoid the hammer sound, but the Mellow Upright with softer felt hammers works fairly well. The EQ is set with the high end taken out a little and more can be trimmed off. Similar to my "utility' program and a few others, the B3 drawbars are morphed to the Mod Wheel for additional effect (added at end of the MP3). Take care.

A quick program I put together for the solo for "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" by Cyndi Lauper. A better version follows mine on the same page with synth brass added and a slightly different solo sound as well.

Hi everyone, below are examples of three programs and two samples I put together for "Telephone Line" by Electric Light Orchestra. The telephone sample had to be pitch-corrected and time-adjusted to sound like the original; a wah effect is on the second synth. More information can be found at the link below that has the programs, samples for a long version and short version of the intro, and original WAV file if you want to play around with it in Nord Sample Editor. Take care.
