Probably because its a lot of work to do eight samples across an entire keyboard.

I call this an unreasonable request: posting a link to zip file containing about 260 samples... and then expect somebody who already has an nsmp3 playing instrument, to have the time an willingness do check whether the samples do or do not exist as nsmp and then re-sample, loop and recompile all of those to nsmp. Really?
Do not get me wrong, I hope it works for you and you get all the samples you wanted converted, but I see no point in getting too fussed about the " ".
Maybe Clavia releases those later in nsmp format, or updates all other OSs to support nsmp3, although I would not be surprised if not doing would then be an enticement to upgrade to a new instrument.
