No, as there is no setting for headphones and as you can read on NS3 manual:

Headphones
1/4 inch stereo headphone jack. Audio is always output through the Headphones output, regardless of Output Routing settings.

I have checked the settings but looks like not possible, but... Is it possible to have outputs 1&2 and 3&4 in the same time ?

Range: 1-2, 3-4, 3, 4 is indeed what i see now.

Nope, each Section can be either 1-2 (stereo) or 3-4 (in stereo) or 3 (mono) or 4 (mono) but always one setting at a time

Hope that on the Nord Stage 4, this can be achived!
