Will try to upload it as soon as possible!
Here it is, hope it is useful!

Tonight I had my first chance to do an A/B compare on the "Lrg" vs. "XL" Wurli amped. So far I have only tested with headphones, but I could not really tell if one was better than the other. The savings is about 7.5MB of piano bank memory, which matters on an Electro3. I'll share more once I can do an A/B using my EV zx-a1 at "daytime" volumes.

Here's another small sample that came preloaded on my Electro 5 but is not on the Nord website for download, might be useful to folks with tight piano memory.
(It's a mono version of the CP80 sample):

Over the weekend I got to do an A/B compare on the "Lrg" vs. "XL" Wurli amped, using my EV zx-a1. I also got my son to test it. He agrees that any difference is barely discernible, which makes the "Lrg" Wurli 2 Amped a keeper. Thanks again Spider!

So, as a conclusion, if you have the XL Wurly 2 Amped in your Stage 2 downloaded from the website, you will save 16mb, right? But what could you load with 16mb anyway in the Piano section?

For people with older Stages and Electros, piano memory is precious.
16 MB are enough to load one more electric/digital/layer piano or harpsichord. Or maybe you had about 180 MBs free, and those additional 16 are just what you needed to load your favourite piano in XL format...

My Electro 3 has only 185 MB for its Piano bank memory. With the previous contents I had less than 1MB free (Royal Grand L, Wurli 2 Amped XL, EP8 Nefertiti, EP7, Clav). If Nord were to come out with a new Acoustic Piano sound that was only a few MB larger than Royal Grand, I would have been stuck. By switching to the Wurli 2 Amped L, now I have another 7.5MB to play with.
I am starting to consider a Nord upgrade so I can get at least 1 real split, but that's not scheduled for the near future.

Ok thanks, then I will load the L version and download one of the new digital pianos, thanks for the info.

In the new EPs, they are now talking about larger sizes having more velocity layers.
