Re: Nords and humming issues
Hi PabloMastodon
Tonal varies due to frequency but why some has no hum at all and some do? Do you have a clue why ?
My E5 absolutely no hum, nothing, and the NP3 a hum... Strange...
But anyway it s not that loud so...
Cheers

Re: Nords and humming issues
No hum on my Electro 4sw73. Quiet as a mouse. Every now and then it takes a *wee* bit longer to start up which always gives me the heebies, but so far so good.
If you want to talk about hum, go no farther then your amplification. How is THAT sounding? Anyone out there got an amp or powered speaker that isn't HUMMING or HISSING at you at all times? Please tell...my brand-new QSC K10, wonderful in its shrill and expensive glory, is hardly silent.
And for extra goodness, add a mixer into the, uh, mix. Chances are you need one if you have more than one board. They don't come mute either, oh no.

Re: Nords and humming issues
Mmmm... I do not agree.
My amp when I was using it, no hum, my powered speakers now no hum and my mixer, no hum at all ...
But still wondering what physical phenomenon does that... Or not.

Onkyo on hifi,' jamo or tannoy on passive speakers, yam hs7 on active speakers, mackie 402 series on mix.
Never a hum. Never ever.
