Re: Once Again....will there be a Stage 3?
Just ordered a NS2EX88 as they drop from 6k to 5k in Canada.
The 76 and 73 prices did not changed....
The 88 is at the same price of the 73
Maybe a stage 3 88 is coming
Regards

I think this weekend I'll go to GC and order the Stage 2 EX 76 to see what that action feels like. My guess is that I'll not like it and get the SW 73 action. Time will tell.
I've been without any keyboard for over 5 months and it's about time I changed that.

Hey guys,
I got insights.
Nord will release the Nord Stage 3 on Musikmesse this year.
It will have a total hight of 1.5 cm, since its keys feature the butterfly mechanism we know from the 2016 MacBook Pro. Key travel will be around 1mm (After Touch 1,5mm).
Everything else will be like the 2 EX. Display will be a little bit smaller, since the old one took too much space.

Nord officially announced that after all the online stalking and mobbing, they decided to cancel all plans for the Stage 3.
They will directly skip to the Stage 4.
I can't wait till they bring out the Nord Stage 5 EX,how cool will the Graphics on the output panel look from an audience perspective...
I can imagine some drunk idiot coming up to me at my gigs saying "Oi Mate, why does your keyboard say Stage s*x"

So I ordered a Stage 2 EX 76 HP yesterday, should be in the store in 10 days or so. It's the ONLY way to get to try these things out......order(buy) them at full price, get them in the store and see if you like the item.
If yes, you do like it them you own it, if not they credit you back the full amount. Kind of a PIA way of doing business, but that's just how it is nowadays.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Currently it looks like Clavia won't be present on Musikmesse this year. At least they're not listed at musikmesse.de

Re: Once Again....will there be a Stage 3?
Hi folks
it´s every year the same - the new ones are not better... they are only different, and sometimes they have some more features. For me, I have no GAS because every time I look to the music I play, I recognize that I haven´t use all the possibilities witch the stage is able to do. Most of the time it´s me who needs an upgrade, not the stage .
Regards
Reiner
