Just wanted to post a little issue I was having so that if anyone else has the same issue they know the easy solution that worked for me.
My Nord Stage 2 wouldn't download any sounds, giving the error "usb error interrupt pipe read failed unknown error:75 sub:1 System:56" after a few seconds when I tried to download a program to it. I am using the latest version of Sound Manager and the NS2 is fully updated too.
Turns out you can't connect through a USB hub. I tried connecting directly to my desktop and voila! it worked fine as it usually does. I haven't seen this anywhere else on the forums or anything, so I wanted to post here so that anyone with the same issue could see this simple workaround and so that Nord Support could try and handle the cases of USB hubs.

Re: [SOLVED] USB error interrupt pipe read failed
I connect mine to a USB hub to a windows 10 PC with no trouble at all.
Note I have a powered USB hub. Perhaps your USB hub is not providing enough power?

I can connect my NS2 through a cheapo USB hub (not powered) under linux and windows without problems. Mabye it is the brand/model of your hub?
