I was able to hold my own with the SSv3 and the B1200D sub. Barely, but I hung in there.
But I really wished I had brought my 4000w of Fulcrum Acoustic stage sound just to shut them all down

That's where the roll-off starts -- it's not a cut-off by any means. Perfectly acceptable for many types of keyboard playing.adoors wrote:Awesome, Abu, thanks a lot! Will place my pre-order today.
A further question I have is whether it is advisable to add a subwoofer. The lower cut-off frequency of the SS v.3 seems to be 100 Hz which I assume will lead to a loss of base in the piano sounds. Does anyone have a recommendation?

ain't that the truth! I once stumbled onto a Korg MS-10 for a VERY nice price, but sold it to pad the bank account one Christmas season when funds were running low. Quadrupled my investment when it sold, but wound up spending all that and a bit more to get one back again.cphollis wrote:I guess when it comes to keyboards, there's two kinds of remorse in this world: buyer's remorse, and seller's remorse -- often at different times with the same piece of gear.
