All 4 slot light are stuck on in program mode - NL4R - fixed

Hello. I guess I've done something wrong to my new Lead 4 Rack that just arrived today. It was in program mode and was working as it should, whichever slot button I would push would light up and play. As I pushed one button it would light up and the previously selected slot would go out. Then I decided to try pushing 2 at the same time, and both stayed on and played. Same thing with 3 at a time and then 4 at a time. After pushing all 4, they all stayed on and all played together. Now I can't get it back to just one slot on at a time. I've tried powering it off and on, switching to performance mode, and everything else I can think of. How can I get just one slot to be on in Program Mode again? Thanks for your time.

Seeing as you have not mentioned it...

Have you have tried holding all 4 slot buttons down at once and then releasing 3 of them?

Hold down the first three lit buttons, while holding them down, then press the fourth button. that should work.

We just got home from dinner and I tried the first suggestion and it worked. Then I pressed all 4 down at the same time to create the same situation again and tried the second suggestion and that also works. My sincere thanks to both of you! My wife was no doubt quite tired of hearing me say "I sure hope I can get that fixed" by the 5th or 6th time during dinner.
