Hey.
I opimized my new musicroom after moving house.
8 absorber (Basotect, 50mm): 2pcs. doubled (10mm) right over the sweetspot under the ceiling, 2 between the speakers,
2pcs. doubled at each side of my table.
8 diffuser (thomann, polystrene) 5 pcs. mounted in my backside at the wall and door and 3 at the sidewalls.
Tomorrow I will add 2 Rockwool Basstraps.
After spending hours and hours in the web I found tons of useful advices and tutorials. After making music for years and years now,
this is the first time I did such serious arrangements.
Now my Pianosound (KRK 6+Sub) is so improved, can´t believe it. STRONGLY RECOMMANDED TO REPLICATE.
Btw, mixing makes a bunch more fun and I love the general acoustic in my room. Even to talk in a phone...
I loved the Nord Piano sound before, but this is a higher level of luxury.
It´s worth it.

Hi, that sounds great!
Could you perhaps add some photos of your room situation? It's always very helpful also "to see" something.
