Nord Drawbars panel for iPad

Hi,

I just made a Control Panel for Nord works on the iPad under OSCTouch and wanted to share it with You.

In Nord Electro 4D are the physical drawbars, so when You switch a program You can't see current settings. By sending ControlChange settings from Nord to iPad everything becomes clear.
Additionally, You can control the Nord (both upper and lower panel (split option)) and change the "Preset" (Drawbars and Vibrato) from the iPad - which is easier.
Dots under Drawbars change color when moving physically drawbars in instrument which helps to remember / restore the original position of the drawbars.

I hope that the Panel will be helpful in working with Nord.

This is amazing. Is there any chance this could be made available to Iphone.
What type of connector are you using ? Or which one would you reccommend ?

If You want I can do this for iPhone. I'm using iRig but You can use anyone.

Another tips - I connect iPad to PC using Midi Interface and connect Nord using USB. I'm using a "miditrix" - very simple, small patchbay - it's working perfect

Anyone tested or used the panels? I would like to make a second edition with controll also piano and samples parametrs - of course if anyone will be use it?

Hi, I've just started trying to use iPad/iPhone with my NS2 but I'm not very good at getting it all to work and setting it up! can you help? I've downloaded the Touchosc app and miditrix. I also have the midi adapter and I've connected my iphone to the Nord but I'm not sure what to do next? (sorry if it's obvious)

I think you need a Windows/Mac computer, and WiFi, at least that's how I do it:

Download the TouchOSC Editor here: http://hexler.net/software/touchosc

Open the layout by OP, then Sync the editor with your iPad thru WiFi and transfer the layout,

Check the documentation for further details http://hexler.net/docs/touchosc

Daniel, forgive me for digging up an old thread, but I'd love to know how you programmed this. I'm trying one of my own, same app, but don't know how to find the right CC#'s. Great post btw!
