NORD DRUM 2 Update problem ! Please HELP

Hello! Have problem with update , when sending an update it say ERROR : no reply from synth . looks like it delete all info from synth but stuck on sending update ! Now when i power up unit it stay in READY mode ... no sounds, nothing .(( im in Ukraine , so it takes long time to sand unit back ( we allready send pads back , they just stop working )

maybe you should try to connect your midi interface directly to your computer and turn every other programs off?
Midi out from computer goes to midi in on the ND2 and midi out from the ND2 goes to midi in on the computer.
