Nord Piano 2 HP
Nord Piano 2 HP
I noticed the new Nord Piano 2 HP on Nord's website but I can't find specific spec info. Does the keyboard do aftertouch? Is it multitimbral?

Re: Nord Piano 2 HP
I do not think it has aftertouch. Only Stage 2 has that, i guess.
I do not think it is multitimbral - only split piano/sample. Stage 2 can do whatever you want.
As far as I remember.

NE3HP, NP88, NS2, DPP1, NL2X, NL2X, NLA1, NL4, NE5D, NW2 (Collect Them All?), some classic Rolands, Arturias, a Waldorf, a Kurz, a WONOK3, a pile of guitars, a P-bass, loopers, amps and computers ...

Re: Nord Piano 2 HP
As with most Nord instruments, the NP2's brains are identical regardless of which keybed is installed. No AT and bi-timbral, whether split or layered.

Hi Pablomastodon,
What do you actually mean by not bi-timbral? If I am not mistaken, when played layered the keyboard is bi-timbral, right?
Cheers

Re: Nord Piano 2 HP
Sorry if that was unclear: the "no" refers only to AT, not to bi-timbral. Yes, it is bi-timbral.
