And with some of the great new sounds like the 10CC on ModWh1 and the Supertramp Wurly sounds these together make it easier to buy one of these before a Yamaha Motif.

"Theriminish Line" Preset Sound on Stage One
Have any of you cats heard it? It sounds AWESOME!!! Exactly like the Tannerin used in Good Vibrations by the Beach Boys. It was a preset on the Nord Stage One - I am confirming that I have the right name because I thought it said "Theremin" but a friend with a Nord Stage One said that there was one on hers called Theriminish Line. THIS IS A MUST HAVE SOUND!!!

Re: "Theriminish Line" Preset Sound on Stage One
It was called "Thereminish Line" , I remember it pretty well from the NS Classic; it was the program 11:6 of the 3.x OS http://www.norduserforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=901 apparently removed in the following versions.
would be good to have a conversion to the NS2, not so difficult to do if anyone having a NS classic/EX would post the synth parameters.
Anyway, basically a Theremin sound can be built on the NS as a sine waveform (FM single operator on the NS) with a slow-enough Glide, moderately slow Amplitude attack/release (strings-like), delayed Vibrato and Aftertouch and/or Ctrl pedal assigned to the Synth volume (to emulate Theremin's amplitude modulation capability); you may add a bit of Reverb too (optional)

I posted a version here in the forum on Valentine's Day this year, called it "Thereminish Rope" because it's a little heavier/thicker. Done with Stage EX and Stage 2 side by side.
