Re: Nord Piano 2 HP
Good points all. I guess it's a matter of perspective. I have no need to split the keyboard, so that feature is irrelevent to me. I also feel that pedal noise, damper resonance, etc. are so subtle they are lost in a band context anyway.
It's great, however, that the product has its appeal. I like the idea of the light weight combined with a quality sound.

Layers
Layering Wurlitzer with the Mellotron Hammond C3 M400 sample makes a thick and quirky organ. Add some stereo pan to the Wurli and you can even get a taste of that leslie effect. Does it sound as good as the electro? Of course not. But that ability to mix and match different samples gives you a ton of freedom to sculpt your own sound. Not to mention your combinations will be 100% original.

Re: Nord Piano 2 HP
I almost clicked the thomann buy button but I am not 100% sure about the hammer action. Nord electro 3 Hp has 100 Tp and the np 2HP ? There is a difference because I played them both at music fair in frankfurt but I cant rememeber which one was easier to press down.

Re: Nord Piano 2 HP
The two should be (at least roughly) the same. Both use a Fatar TP100 action if I am not completely mistaken.
