Sheet music writing software

Hi all!
What sheet music writing software do yo recommend for pluggin with the Nord Stage via midi to be able to write notes what I play instantly? Thanks

My girlfriend uses MuseScore (http://musescore.org/) and it works fairly well and is completely free (Open Source); it works on Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.

Edit: btw, look at Part 4 on that MuseScore page I linked.

Edit 2: you can also record your playing via MIDI and then load it in an editor like MuseScore, where you can further edit it (if you need to).
