Connect Ipad 2- Garageband to Nord stage EX

Hi,
I would like to connect my Nord Stage EX to an Ipad 2, in order to play and record through Garageband.
To you know which kind of interface should I buy? Camera connection kit or Midi interface? Anyone already tried it?

Midi Interface, because NS Ex does not send MIDI over USB. So either CCK&MIDI USB cable or a dedicated Midi interface for iPad such as iRig Midi , iMx1, etc...

What Max said. A cheap MIDI-over-USB cable might only cost you 15 euro, but the Camera Connection Kit is likely double that amount, so about 45 in total. That's about as expensive as the iRig MIDI, which has the added advantage of still being able to charge your iPad when you have the MIDI interface connected. Of course, the camera kit allows you to also attach other MIDI stuff, such as controllers or (who would have thought ) camera when on holiday. The camera kit includes a USB-to-iPad and an SD card-to-iPad dongle.
