The latest NSM provides a message on the NS3 program conversion to let you know if the program needs additional work (beyond minor tweaks). Any NS3 synth sound using OSC 2 especially will need work and may need a completely different approach to the sound, but a lot of the conversion is pretty straight-forward. Also, where the NS3 provided the capability to use Panel A for part of a song, use Panel B for part of the song, and then combine them for a third combination, the NS4 may need to be set up to cover that third combination or other solution.
