HI everyone, i didn't find any topics for nord rack 3 so i think here is the place to be ?
I have a problem with my nord rack 3 the screen start to write a language that i don't understand even the sound is not at all clean some preset that i never heard before,
But when i turn on everythings is writted on good language with the version firmware and after the load it start to become crazy.
here you can see a video of the problem if someone got any explanation:

Thanks for posting a video it helps illustrate the problem.
The LCD modules typically contain a Look Up Table (Read Only Memory) of the character set. Usually the LCD module contains a Roman Alphabet, and often Japanese (where the LCD module was made).
The controlling microprocessor sends messages similar to "Put Character #235 at position Row1 Column 1".
If the communication between the microprocessor and the LCD module get corrupted, you see garbage.
Your post said when you turn on the Rack 3 the screen displays correctly. I think this means both the processor and the LCD module work correctly.
I think there is another underlying issue that is corrupting the processor-LCD communication and causing the corrupted sound also. I suspect the power supply given the age of the Rack 3.
If you have experience diagnosing electronics issues, we could provide some further suggestions. Otherwise, I recommend locating a Nord repair facility.

Thank you for your diagnotic,
I though the same about power supply, i send the nord rack 3 to a repair center in Paris specialised on synth and they diagnosticate next week
