Hello,
Apologies if this is already a topic....
I have a Nord electro 6D.
I am trying to use a Korg SV2 as an external keyboard to...
1. play a separate patch on each board
2. play upper organ on the Nord and lower organ on the korg
I have read the manual... but still can't get it to function properly!
I can only get the Nord and Korg playing the same Nord patch.
Any help would be massively appreciated!
Thanks
Using External Keyboard for playing separate patch

Re: Using External Keyboard for playing separate patch
Hi and welcome to NUF,
for the point 2. you need to use the NE6D ExtKeybToLo function and have the Korg send on the same channel set for that function on NE6D.
See the chapter EXTERNAL KEYBOARD TO LO on NE6D manual at page 25 https://www.nordkeyboards.com/wt/docume ... on%20J.pdf and follow it step by step.
NOTE: it is better to use a channel different than 1 and/or switch off the NE6D Global Channel, to avoid conflicts.
