Wave 2 pitch stick range adjustment

Post by dmc092657 »

Hi all -

Just added the Wave 2 to my Nord family (arrived tonight). I'm trying to change the pitch stick range from +/- 2 to +/- 12. Per manual, I press Shift+Pstick and the +/-2 displays as a default for about a second and then disappears (not long enough for me to change values). When I try to adjust the range by turning the value knob it either keeps changing to list view or switches to a different program (as if I was scrolling). It won't adjust the Pstick value. Obviously I'm doing something wrong but what....? Does something else have to be enabled or disabled in order to accomplish this ?

Suggestions ?

Not a NW2 owner, but maybe you need to keep Shift+Pitch pressed while changing the value (or you are touching some other button than the value knob, after pressing Shift+PStick)?

Ah....you're right ! Turns out I was releasing the Pstick after initially pressing both buttons. I need to be holding both buttons for the entire process. Interesting because the method for doing this on my NS3 works differently. I must have been channeling that.

Thank you ! :thanks:
