Hello! I have a strange problem. My NS2 88 sometimes loses dynamics. This happens for no reason in the middle of a live performance. When I turn the device off and restart it, everything works normally again. To be more specific, you're playing a wurly, for example, and suddenly you lose the attack, as if you went from the entire velocity range of 0-128 to 0-60...
Hi Fziegler. Thanks for reply. No it’s a matter of attack, not volume. But of course when I lose some attack, I have to adjust the volume knob to recover/simulate the global playing gain
The video is in the signature, probably not related to that problem (right @philip?); OP should rather maybe post an audio recording of the issue, as the statement "losing attack" is not clear. I also suggest to test if you hear the same problem on headphones (to exclude it is related to audio outputs circuitry or anything attached to them)

I'm on Facebook, and can't get to the video either, just the band page.
As far as your problem there's a great chance it's outside of your keyboard. I would start by checking ALL audio connections (cables, sockets, DI). If you're using a volume, control pedal, FX or a DI -- they are all suspect as well. Anything in the signal path could be causing this.
If you've convinced yourself it's not outside of the keyboard -- perhaps by replicating the problem on headphones -- then it's time to open up the board and look for loose ribbon connectors inside.
