Nord PSU question--used wrong voltage (230 on transformer set to 115). What do I do next?

UPDATE: it was the fuse (US power and fuse worked ok). Will get a new fuse (with correct 230V) and hopefully that will work.

So this is actually about a NW1 but the PSUs seem to be the same as the leads and I figured there might be more knowledge here.

Long story short, I plugged my NW1 into 220V when the transformer was set to 115V. I DID change the fuse before hand but forgot the switch the transformer internally

The unit lit up briefly before turning off. No pops or burning that I was aware of.

I then opened up and switched the transformer to 230V and switched back on--nothing

So three possible scenarios:
1) I blew the fuse (seems unlikely, it still looks intact).
2) I blew the transformer (likely)
3) I blew something downline ("hopefully" less likely?)

Can anyone suggest anything I can do to check this? I guess I could check to see if any voltages coming out of the PSU to start with...

So it was actually the fuse! I switched back to a US fuse (and 115V) and using a power converter it turned right on. PHEW.

But my question now is, how would a 230V rated fuse blow? Could the transformer not being switched correctly actually cause that?

fuses are not voltage dependent devices, they are current dependent devices. They blow when the current through them exceeds the rated amperage.

A 230V rated fuse doesn't mean it's meant to blow when exceeding that voltage - as cgrafx said. A fuse being 230 V rated only means that it's 230 V proof for doing its work.
