Nord GM Midi List

Post by EdwardGlekov »

Has anyone already done (jokingly or seriously) something like GM Midi on Nord. So that all 128 instruments are right on the list?)))

There is no such list. Also, not all, or the typical GM sounds in the Nord are included. It always depends on which samples you have loaded. The programs are also just examples of what is possible. Most users create their own progs for their songs or convert contained ones accordingly.

Why would one want to do something like that? There is no multi timbrality on the Nords. The maximum of samples you can play at the time are 4 on the Wave 2. So, no way for a true orchestration of GM sounds.

To me, GM is way off the basic use of most Nord keyboards. There should be ways to get that much cheaper on other gear.
Stage-3-C (Rev.B 2.1) - Kawai VPC1 / Viscount Legend 70s / Yamaha CP33 - Hall of Fame & NeoVent2 - Behringer Flow-8 - K&M stands 18820+18811 / 18953+18952 - Samsung Tab S5e, MobileSheetsPro & AirTurn Duo200 - QSC K8.2s / Fischer InEars
