Today, it's easily possible to participate in conversations with other languages - online services like Google translate or deepl.com will help. But (fortunately), this forum doesn't do it automatically - it's hard enough to convince YT not to automatically translate videos into sentences with unbearable 'edges'.
As you don't exactly explain what you get, it's hard to guess what problem you really have. The sample library of course is on Nord's web site. And you can use Nord Sound Manager (NSM) to automatically download samples or programs to the keyboard (there are multiple tabs in the software for programs, piano samples, synth samples and more to organise). And you can use NSM to get the keyboard's memories maintained - if you disabled the memory protection.
