Hello everyone!
There was a problem: "piano flash error - initialization error 0". I went to the menu (shift + kbd split) ---> In the menu displayed on the screen, there is an option 3/10: "ERASE PNO FLASH MEMORY" - Press the key combination that is highlighted to confirm. However, this caused a message: "error". Now, the display shows this message. The shift+KBD split function is not working. It does not connect via USB. Maybe someone has a service manual? I'm not bad at repairing different synthesizers and other studio equipment. I've figured out which chip does what, but I can't fully understand everything without a diagram.
Thank you all for your responses!
Regards, Yuri

Hi and welcome to this forum!
I have never seen anyone having a Nord Service manual for the last couple of Nord instrument generations, so you would have to contact a Nord service center, typically the distributor for your country.
This looks like a faulty memory or controller on the mainboard. However, I would first try again to install the OS and the factory contents. Have you followed the troubleshooting advice in the Nord OS update instructions, to see if you can get a USB connection and reinstall the OS?

I had this error a long time ago on maybe an Electro 4? I had to do an OS install as well as all the libraries etc. It all came back, telling me that I had some sort of intermittent error that corrupted flash.
If that doesn't fix it, then it's hardware repair time -- probably a new main logic board required.
I think I have gear issues ....

Yes, I've tried this. There are no results. I've read the main memory (25Q064A), and it's readable. I've set the fuses and flashed the new flash memory, but the previous flash memory was damaged. I've also read the EEPROM, but I'm confused because the first line had a record, but the rest were 00 instead of FF. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have the 25A064A firmware?
