Single program upload from a bundle

On Stage4, If I understand correctly Bundle utilisation, I can transfer banks (A-F) or selected programs across several banks for example, F and G.
I have been able to export F18 and G13 programs to my Mac using bundle Up tool.I don't want to Bundle down all banks F and G to another Nord stage 4 keyboard in order to transfer my programs to avoid deleting some existing programs and facing memory limitations issues.
Is there a way to Bundle down a single program to F18 and G13 ?
Should I keep Only F18 and G13 programs and remove unnecessary programs from the bundle before using Bundle down without risks ?
Should I modify the meta.xml file before and how this file is documented ?

Hi, Barney-

If your sample locations don't change, you can just download individual programs, only takes seconds. Then, you can upload to any location you like. I never download bundles because it just takes so long, and I don't move my samples around.

Thanks for your reply, I agree bundle download is long, I am using NSM, How do you download program on a Mac in a few seconds , do you use other tool ?

Hi, Barney-

You still use NSM. All you do is to to Programs, select the one you want, right-click and select upload. Navigate to the location you want, and click open. After programming sessions, I shift-select all and upload all my programs, saving all my work. Takes seconds.
