Has probably always been there, but it's definitely there in 1.46 and 1.54.
Got a very quick reply back : it's not a bug but a feature... :
The FX focus automatically follows the focus of Layer buttons in the Organ, Piano and Synth sections, as they are pressed. That means whichever part you select (Organ, Piano, or Synth), the effects section will follow that part, even if you initially had FX on a different part of the layer.
So this behaviour is by design, it is not a bug.
THere’s a request by customers noted by Nord to change this behaviour, so this might change in a future update of the operating system.
