you don’t need a 3d scanner and CNC machine to make the end panels. they are just simple flat pieces of wood. you could makes these with basic woodworking tools - table saw, router, drill, sander.

Hi!
To those who already swaped panels. How many screws to remove. Any critical ones to be careful with?
Thanks,
glombi

Re: Nord custom end panels (stage 4)
Hi, unfortunately the panels are screwed to the inside of the top of the keyboard. So you need to unscrew the panel bolts, then unscrew the screws along the back of the nord (joining the two halves of the casing together), then a line underneath, and one other (I forget which but you'll find it when you can't open the case). Then you open up the case and can unscrew the end panel from the chassis. It's not hard, but it's a lot of screws!
