I found a listing on an Australian shop, and although I don't know how AUS prices will translate in the rest of the world, between tariff etc, there are at least two surprises.

The first surprise is that the two pedals have exactly the same price.
The second is that that price is 270 Aus$, which would translate in around 150€...almost unbelievably cheap!
It would be totally in line with other high-end expression pedals like Mission Engineering, Dunlop or the top Korg, Boss or Roland models.
Definitely surprising, considering that for sustain Clavia sells rebranded FATAR and Kawai pedals at 3 times the prices of the competition...

Yeah, still way over priced at double the cost of a dunlop volume/expression pedal.

So, approximately 4 x the price of a Yamaha FC7.
I think my Yamaha's have another couple of decades of hard use left in them, before i need to think about a replacements.
Lets hope I do too.

therefore, EU price is €209,- for both 15° and 30° variants.

For this price, you could get 2x Yamaha FC-7 plus 2 M-Audio Sustain Pedals

Honestly, despite the price I'm curious how the EP30 feels compared to the FC-7... hopefully the price for a EP30 will go down in a couple of months...

That is a bummer. Rather have a replaceable cable at that price.

its either been photoshopped out to make the picture pretty or it doesn't have a permanently attached cable and any TRS cable can be used (presuming they supply one in the box with the pedal), which is generally preferred so you can easily replace a damaged cable or use one of any needed length depending on your setup and wiring needs.
