nord elektro 6D 73 expresion pedal
I bought the recommended Yamaha FC7 expression pedal for the NORD ELECTRO 6D'73 keyboards and set it as the default in the system setting 9/16. It only amplifies the organ section, not the piano and sample synth sections.

How do you get to set up the volume and effects? There had been a "control pedal" button on some other Nords, and pressing it lead to the adjustment options. How to do it with a 6d?

You asked that question three times all over the forum. That's not the proper way as discussion (that may happen) will spread all over the place.
Somewhere, the manual was recommended. That's what I will do as well: P. 8 explains the use of the [Shift] button, p. 11 talks about activating CtrlPed for the organ section (swell), p. 15 talks about volume control for the piano section, p. 21 for the synth section and p. 22 mentions CtrlPed for Effect 1. In all cases, it's just switching the pedal on or off, no further adjustments like on the Nord Stage series ("morphing").
