Hi!
My key does this! I can push it back by pressing down on the upperpart of the key. I've seen keybeds apart but I was wondering:
IS the thing what keeps the key in place in the NS4 a spring, or is this one of those plastic hook thingies that is broken.
It behaves just like the other keys, no weird plasticky sounds. But when I whack It to hard, it stays down again.
I don't have time to get it back to the dealer in before a concert in a few days, I hope its the spring thing, and I can get it back in stride.
But I don't want to void warranty.
soggy key, easy fix?

Re: soggy key, easy fix?
Well... Looks, like the Hammer is broke... Got this on my brandnew NS4-73HP after some days out of the sudden... It needed to be replaced by the Dealer (with autorisation from Nord)... Any common "repair" will surely make the individual Keyboard-Velocitiy settings from Nord obsolete... This does not compare to a high class Instrument - and I guess Nord see this the same way... Is this NS4 under WTY? Anyway - talk to your dealer and look for alternatives for your great Gig...

Re: soggy key, easy fix?
I would expect the tolerances on the keys to be pretty high, so I would not anticipate any issues with the key calibration. The calibration is more about the sensors than it is the physical key. Since the sensors would not change the calibration really shouldn’t be affected.
