Nord Lead 4R Soundproblems OUTPUTS!!!

I have a problem.
Only sound comes from the headphone output. and from OUT1 there is sound only on the left side! Right not!

Outputs OUT2, OUT 3, OUT 4
Dead No Sound.

Is this a setting on the Nord Lead 4 or 4R?

or are the outputs defective?

The manual is not very clear about the output routing options, but it is possible to route audio to individual outputs. So there is definitely a possibility that the output is routed just to output 1. it would be highly unusual for 3 of the 4 outputs to just suddenly fail, so I'd just dig through the system settings and see what the output routing is set to.

OKAY THE 4R SETTING MENU ARE NOT GOOD TO UNDERSTAND!
I CANT FIND A STEP OR BUTTON TUTORIAL IN MANUAL

What is the setting of the A B C D - Slot Output Routing in the System Menu?

SLOT ROUTING SETTINGS ARE A.12 / B.12 / C.12 / D.12 But OUTPUT 1 and 2 are left Sound no right.
And OUT 3-4 No Sound. Heaphoneout are stereo and louder.

Did you try to set all slots to 34 and check if the sound is then coming through output 3 and 4?

NO sound on 3-4 with setting a.34 .....

But sound now on 1-2 its mono? have two cables to soundinterace and make it to stereo thats right?

unless the interface is specifically a stereo input, you have to pan the channels left/right in your mixer channels/DAW to get stereo
