Lead 1 keyboard transpose mode causes notes to play on different midi channels

Hi all,

I've run into a weird problem. When using the keyboard transpose mode (by holding down both Oct shift buttons until the lights invert), the Lead sends some notes to the wrong midi channel. Has anyone experienced this before? My firmware is version 2.2.
