Sound for Kaiser Chiefs' Ruby

Can anyone help with a sound sample on a Nord Electro 6 to replicate the backing vocals on 'Ruby' by the the Kaiser Chiefs. It's the "Ahaa-ahaa-aaaa" repeated throughout the chorus and consists of a 6 note sequence (Ab-G-Ab-G-C-Eb)?

I tried to extract the vocals with stem splitter (in Logic Pro X) but I'm not really happy with the results (you hear the phasing/glitching sounds in the voices).
