Thanks for this! I likely saved a copy somewhere too but good to have multiples
I also like your efforts on norddrumcurator. Cloned your GitHub repo to have a review. Like you, when I acquired a nd1 3 years back I started some code to modify/create the nd1 files but also got hung up on the checksum. Too many project irons in the fire at the moment but I do hope to return to it at some point.

Oh, the dreaded checksum! I dimly remember struggling with that for several days. That mystery is what prevents you from editing individual programs outside the box.
I eventually gave in and got an ND3p, which ended trying to do fancy tricks with the ND1.
