Re: Your Favorite Go-To Piano preset
Do you mean factory preset?
I don't use factory presets - I built my own. It's so easy!
If you mean piano samples my favorites are Studio Grand 2 and Italian Grand.

Re: Your Favorite Go-To Piano preset
You don't tell which Stage you mean. But all Nord factory presets are widely considered as a feasibility study rather than something you should consider to just select.
A good piano sound also depends on your playing technique and your amplification gear, so in the end, you always need to tweak it. And you've got plenty of knobs, faders and buttons to do so. Take the different samples as a starting point:

And go for it.

Re: Your Favorite Go-To Piano preset
Posted this on another forum a few months back, but I get a lot of use out of the Queen Upright. It's really solid in mono too.
The acoustic piano programs I've set up for our church's NS3 88 are more or less the following - mostly contemporary worship music usage:
Upright/Grand
- Panel A: Queen Upright L with Bright EQ, KB Touch = 2, Hall Reverb 2 on the Bright setting (usually a small amount, but this can be cranked up for ambient passages)
- Panel B: Royal Grand 3D XL with Bright EQ, KB Touch = 2, Hall Reverb 2 with Bright setting (usually a small amount, but this can be cranked up for ambient passages)
Bright Pianos
- Panel A: Black Upright L with Bright EQ, KB Touch = 2, same reverb settings as above
- Panel B: Bright Grand XL with Bright EQ, KB Touch = 1 (I think), ping-pong delay available on a switch, Hall Reverb 2 with similar settings as above
