A firmware update didn't help either. Depending on what I set on the Nord, different LEDs light up on the level controller. Apart from the LEDs, everything works without errors.

If you are 100% sure that flat cables between mainboard and panel board are well connected and OK (all wires) then you need to take it to assistance for checking the issue (unless you see any evident dirtiness or oxidation on panel board that you can try to clean yourself with an electronic circuits cleaner)
