New Forum Software Upgrade

The Gallery is now also restored.

Missing final pieces:
- new color scheme and logo
- minor tweaks and adjustments
- test MP3 player on iOS
- some Portal modules (and decide if as default or not)

Test normal

Hard Coded player works in Safari on my Mac Desktop, my iPad and my iPhone.

Confirmed (also on my old Macbook 2012 running Mac OS Mojave and so an older version of Safari)

Thanks for the work to update the software!

I do see a bug though: the thread I made about pedal noises (viewtopic.php?t=25232) seems to be a version of days or even weeks ago. Changes I made yesterday when I could still access the forum have all been lost. In the thread listing of the General Nord Forum I see that Nordine made the last post, but when I enter the thread I don't see that post. Is it just me, or do others also see that issue?

Perhaps many more threads are affected as well?

I saw the topic and compared the topics, and all posts are there.
Note the table layout has changed, and I manually adjusted all tables to the new format (which is basically a simple markup with pipes and line characters |--| etc.
You can check it in your post to easily adjust it in case.

Anyhow, all posts are there.

Thanks, and thank you for updating the table layout! The posts may be there indeed, but I edited the first and second post quite considerably, and those changes are gone. Also user Spider deleted his post, which now seemed to have reappeared. I made those changes Thursday 25th of April in the evening CET. Should I edit the posts and make the changes manually again, or is the latest version of the thread hanging around somewhere?

It seems to me that creating a new Post Page is not fully functional.

Hello, first of all, I want to say thanks for all your work! This forum is amazing place!

On my MacBook Pro 2021 M1 Pro with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224) works only «hard coded» version. I’ve tested it in Safari 17.4.1 (19618.1.15.11.14); On my iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 17.4.1 same story.

I checked and can it be you quite a bit shortened it? I tried to replace with the final post, but since HTML and bbcodes have changed got a bit messy.
So would be best if you could kindly reapply the shortening/changes.

Hi vojtech,

I tried to reproduce the issue. Also removed the ajax direct preview which was a bit confusing, could you try again.
Went to reply to the post you mention and seems to work:
The reply window opens on top an dhte posts are shown in descending order form the last post.

Please let me know or describe maybe with annotated images what exactly you mean.

Hi,

one thing I notice is that I am getting logged out of the forum every other day or so, even if I check the "Remember me" box when logging in. I can't remember having been looged out before when the old forum software was in place.

Did anyone else experienced this as well, since I wonder if this regular automatic log out is something that has been implemented deliberately as part of the new software, if this is an error, or if there is probably something wrong on my side
