Nord Lead Rack 1 - distorted sound

Hello,

So I’m noticing some strange and irregular noises coming from the Nord.
It’s suddenly become quite noisy and if I play a note with a long release, the tail of the sound starts to sound scratchy and comes to an abrupt stop.

I’m not massively savvy with digital synths, but I’m assuming the pots and switches will need a service from time to time, will the same apply to any chips in the circuitry and this is what could be the issue?
Iv tried searching in the search engines but can’t come up with anything.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
